Arbitrage Focus with Convertible Arbitrage Core Finding Inefficiencies Outside the U.S.

In the suburbs of Milwaukee, one can find Stark Investments—an 85-person firm managing about $1.7 billion. Stark Investments, which focuses on convertible arbitrage, risk arbitrage, private placements, and capital structure arbitrage (in that order), has a track record going back to 1987. The firm started as Stark Partners.
